I started the day a little early with cleaning work in my house, I started to wash the accumulated clothes of the week of the whole family, and mid-morning I went to do the shopping for the fortnight at the supermarket, I really love to go at this time because there are many Christmas decorations and I take the time to see them, I also try to make smart purchases, taking advantage of the offers of the day to make the money work, it's good for the family economy. In the afternoon I went to bed to rest for a while to be able to endure the guard, and in the hospital as every Saturday I was in the sterilization center, although there was not much work there was very cold and so I felt a little tired, at dinner time I bought some potatoes and tea, since it is the only day that I allow myself to eat sweets. Hola a todos, aquí les dejo mi reporte de actividad del 30 de noviembre, aún que no me fue posible hacer ejercicio, si tuve mucho movimiento.

Inicie el día algo temprano con labores de limpieza en mi casa, comencé a lavar la ropa acumulada de la semana de toda la familia, y a media mañana fui a realizar las compras de la quincena al supermercado, la verdad me encanta ir en estas épocas ya que hay muchos adornos navideños y me doy el tiempo para verlos, también trato de hacer compras inteligentes, aprovechando las ofertas del día para así hacer que rinda el dinero, es bueno para la economía familiar. Por la tarde me acosté a descansar un rato para poder aguantar la guardia, ya en el hospital como cada sábado me tocó en el centro de esterilización, aún que no hubo mucho trabajo había mucho frío y por eso me sentía algo cansada, a la hora de cenar compré unas papas y un té, ya que es el único día que me permito comer chucherías.
