My Actifit Report Card: October 30 2024

Hello everyone I share again my activity of October 30 with a little more than 7k steps, in the morning I went for a walk and took the opportunity to do some shopping, along the way there were some purple flowers that I found very beautiful, I had to return home because it was already cloudy and it was about to start raining.

Hola a todos les comparto nuevamente mi actividad del día 30 de octubre con poco más de 7k pasos, por la mañana salí a caminar y aproveché a realizar unas compras, por el camino habían unas flores moradas que me parecieron muy bonitas, tuve que regresar a la casa por qué ya se había nublado y estaba por empezar a llover.

In the evening I went to work which was very busy, at the hospital I am in the toco surgery area where 5 babies were born during the night, the time went by very fast. See you in the next activity report, greetings.

Por la noche me dirigí a mi trabajo que estuvo muy movido, en el hospital estoy en el área de toco cirugía en dónde nacieron 5 bebés durante la noche, se pasó el tiempo bastante rápido. Nos vemos en el siguiente reporte de actividades, saludos.
