I'm such a nerd when it comes to skateboarding, a REAL NERD! I dedicate lots of hours weekly digging new skaters, watching skate videos and reading about skateboarding!

I know lots of homies don't have that much free time to do this but all of us skateboarders love watching dope videos so I'm starting "Favourite Five", a weekly blog highlighting my personal favourite five skate parts/videos that came out the past week!

LIFER: The Ryan Sheckler Video Part

I think Sheckler need no introductions, he's been killing it for over 2 decades and in my opinion he is in the "legendary skaters" category!

Sheckler doesn't need to prove anything to anyone yet he pushed his limits in his new vieo part called "Lifer". Dude went absolutely bananas, skated HUGE gaps, big rails and all that with his natural beautiful style!

You definitely don't wanna miss this one, grab a beer and enjoy!

Henry Gartland's "Forever" Santa Cruz Part

This one gave me goosbumps, wasn't expecting a new Henry Gartland part dropping since he passed away 2 years ago but Santa Cruz had other plans and damn this was awesome!

Henry's "Forever" part is his skateboarding legacy and he went BIG in every spot he could find! That gap to lipslide at the end was insanity! So sad he passed away, looked like a super cool dude and had so much to give to the skateboarding community!

Jakob Beaver in 'Great Northern'

This is not the heaviest part you've ever seen, not even close but god damn, Jakob Beaver skated every spot with so much style and the tricks he chose to do at every single one of those spots were exactly what needed to be done to look beautiful on camera!

Don't know if what I'm saying makes sense if you don't watch the part so click play and you'll realise how simple tricks can look so good when done and filmed properly! Editing was dope too, respect to Dan Rusin!

Felipe Munhoz – Devaneios

I knew this one was coming our, I'm keeping an eye on Felipe Munhoz posts on IG cause I love his layback style and knew it was gonna be good but I was never expecting this part to be SO GOOD!

There are no words to describe how good Felipe's skating is if you don't watch with your own eyes, dude looks like he's surfing on his board, makes everything look so easy and goes SUPER HEAVY! Insanity!

Indi Russel in 'SULIS'

This was a nice watch, a really nice watch with great music, great spots, great filming, great skating...well everything was great!

Never heard of Indi Russel before and I'm glad I came across this one, the way he approaches spots is so creative and his tricks might not be the most insane around but that's why I loved his new part, has that "human" feeling in it, you know you can do some of those tricks and this makes you wanna go out and skate!

Fast recovery from your knee surgery Indi and thanks for the great watch!
