Hi family hope you all are well @ healthy,Today i woke up early & then went to maternity hospital near me to welcome my new born niece,she was looking adorable & pretty after that i went home to do my daily chores then as per routine i went to gym to do some cardio vesicular exercise & also train my shoulders & delts with light weight because of previous shoulder injury i wasn't able to train with high intensity
