Saludos amigos de actifit swc,Hola amigos de swc, hoy les comparto unas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de hoy por la tarde de front lever, realice varios combos sencillos de front lever mas press, touch front lever y luego trabaje un poco en tuck half para dar mas volumen al entrenamiento.La semana entrante comenzaré a entrenas dos veces al dia para ponerme al corriente con los entrenamientos.
