My Actifit Report Card: March 21 2025
Un día productivo lleno de amor y cuidados
Hoy el día comenzó temprano, lleno de energía y propósito. Después de disfrutar de un buen desayuno, salí a pasear con mi bebé, disfrutando de esos preciosos momentos al aire libre. Más tarde, junto a Norkys, llevamos a nuestro pequeño a una consulta con la pediatra, ya que la noche anterior presentó fiebre. Tuvimos que trasladarnos en carrito debido a que mi carro está dañado, pero afortunadamente todo salió bien y la pediatra nos recetó la medicina necesaria.
De regreso a casa, nos detuvimos a comprar los medicamentos, asegurándonos de atender al máximo la salud de nuestro bebé. Ya en casa, nos dedicamos a las tareas del hogar, manteniendo todo en orden y funcionando. Y para cerrar el día, tengo planeado un rato de entrenamiento de calistenia, continuando con mi compromiso hacia el bienestar físico.

A productive day full of love and care
Today the day started early, full of energy and purpose. After enjoying a good breakfast, I went for a walk with my baby, enjoying those precious moments outdoors. Later, Norkys and I took our little one to the pediatrician's office, as he had developed a fever the night before. We had to travel in a stroller because my stroller was damaged, but fortunately everything went well and the pediatrician prescribed the necessary medicine.
On the way back home, we stopped to buy some medicine, making sure we were taking care of our baby's health as much as possible. Once home, we focused on household chores, keeping everything in order and working order. And to close out the day, I have planned some calisthenics training, continuing my commitment to physical well-being.
A day full of activity, care, and family dedication!
