Saludos amigos de la comunidad swc,Seguimos con nuestra preparación. Comenzamos la semana con una rutina de front lever, se podría decir que intermedio-avanzado para potenciar el elemento en lo que serían las pull up y los press de front, front touch y front wide. También estuve probando one are front lever, el agarre prono y supino, llevándome buenas sensaciones con el agarre prono ya que no sentí dolor en mi muñeca derecha; así que pronto se viene un nuevo nivel, se los prometo.

2 seg touch + 2 pull up + 2 press + 2 seg
2 seg touch wide + 4 seg front wide + 3 seg one are
2 touch + press de touch + pull up + press + 3 seg front
También realizamos unos intentos de full y hefestos, pero algo relax solo para testear.
