Ingin rutin menulis

Menulis setiap hari, kedengarannya mudah, tapi praktiknya? Hmm... sering kali lebih sulit dari yang dibayangkan.

Awalnya, kita penuh semangat, yakin bisa konsisten. Hari pertama lancar, hari kedua masih semangat, lalu di hari ketiga mulai bingung mau nulis apa. Besoknya sibuk, lusa malas, akhirnya target menulis pun tinggal kenangan.

Padahal, menulis itu ibarat olahraga. Semakin sering dilatih, semakin lancar jadinya. Kalau nunggu inspirasi datang dulu, bisa-bisa malah nggak mulai-mulai. Kuncinya? Jangan terlalu perfeksionis. Nggak harus selalu panjang atau berbobot, yang penting ada progress.

Tipsnya sederhana: tentukan waktu khusus buat menulis, misalnya 15–30 menit setiap hari. Bisa pagi sebelum beraktivitas, atau malam sebelum tidur. Jangan lupa, selalu siapkan catatan kecil atau aplikasi notes di HP buat menangkap ide-ide yang tiba-tiba muncul.

Jangan takut tulisan jelek. Kalau semua tulisan harus sempurna sejak awal, mungkin kita nggak akan pernah mulai. Yang penting, tulis dulu, edit belakangan. Lama-lama, kita bakal terbiasa dan menemukan gaya menulis sendiri.

Menulis setiap hari bukan soal produktivitas semata, tapi juga tentang melatih disiplin dan kreativitas. Jadi, sudah siap menantang diri sendiri untuk menulis setiap hari?
