Friday 3Km
Hi guys, today's weather was cool and wet at 29
degree celsius in my hometown. Our country is in monsoon season now and I ran 3km at easy pace in the neighbourhood near my place and called it a day.
Now I am in the process of building up my endurance slowly by increasing the mileage each week.

Still got it brother! I'm focusing more on my upper body movement and flexibility now. Doing light pull ups, chin ups, push ups not so due to stomach in the way, feels more like "bounce" up 🤣
Hey buddy, yea.. now im slowly increase my distance. Pull up is a very good upper body workout.. but need to start slowy buddy, its not easy though.
