(DE/EN) Season 77 review - A long way still to go
Intro
Eine weitere Saison, ein weiterer Rückblick.
Mit dem Abschluss der Saison bin ich nicht wirklich zufrieden.
Was genau schief lief erfahrt ihr in diesem Artikel.

I'm not really satisfied with the end of the season.

Sportliche Leistungen
Eigentlich hat vieles in dieser Saison gepasst.
Ich habe den Start nicht vergeigt und mit 55 Punkten stehen so viele Punkte auf dem Konto wie noch nie in Liga 2.
Außerdem konnte ich das ein oder andere Mal auch aktive Spieler durch einen Wechsel meiner Formation überraschen und so Spiele für mich entscheiden, die ich auf dem Papier hätte verlieren müssen (z.B. 4-4-2 gegen das beliebte und auch von mir favorisierte 4-2-3-1).
Dennoch reicht es am Ende nur für Platz 6. Darüber hinaus habe ich das Gefühl, dass deutlich mehr drin war.
In der zweiten Saisonhälfte war absolut der Wurm drin. Ständig Verletzte und gesperrte Spieler und dazu noch meistens in den nächtlichen oder morgendlichen Spielen, damit es auch gleich Auswirkung auf den restlichen Tag hat.
Für den Aufstieg hätte es zwar sicherlich nicht gereicht, aber Platz 4 oder sogar 3 wäre drin gewesen.
Dennoch ist das Ziel oberes Tabellendrittel einigermaßen eingehalten, wenn man großzügig rundet.
Sporting achievements
Actually, a lot of things have worked out this season.
I didn't mess up the start and with 55 points I have more points on my account than ever before in league 2.
In addition, I was able to surprise active players once or twice by changing my formation and thus win games that I should have lost on paper (e.g. 4-4-2 against the popular 4-2-3-1, which I also favored).
Nevertheless, in the end it was only enough for 6th place. Beyond that, I have the feeling that there was clearly more in it.
In the second half of the season it was absolutely crazy. Constantly injured and suspended players and in addition mostly in the night or morning games, so that it also immediately had an effect on the rest of the matchday.
For the promotion it would certainly not have been enough, but place 4 or even 3 would have been possible.
Nevertheless, the goal of the upper third of the table is reasonably met, if you round generously.

In Saison 77 habe ich zwei neue Spieler verpflichtet.
Antonio Conte einen 29 Jahre alten Mittelfeldspieler und Przemek Kowalczyk einen 23 Jahre alten Stürmer.
Beide kamen als Ersatz für verletzte Stammkräfte. Sie ersetzen aber nun auch zwei Spieler, deren Verträge ich aufgrund hoher Gehaltsforderungen nicht verlängert habe.
Beim Training habe ich in Saison 77 wieder etwas geschlampt und leider nur 6 mal trainiert. Hauptsächlich weiterhin Endurance.
Team development
In season 77 I signed two new players.
Antonio Conte a 29 year old midfielder and Przemek Kowalczyk a 23 year old striker.
Both came as replacements for injured regulars. However, they now also replace two players whose contracts I did not renew due to high salary demands.
In season 77, I was a bit sloppy with the training again and unfortunately only trained 6 times. Mainly still Endurance.

Am Stadion habe ich in Saison 77 nichts verändert.
Das Catering ist nun auf Level 8 ausgebaut und ich kann 3.200 Gäste bewirten.
Ich hatte nun auch über 4.000 Besucher pro Spiel im Stadion.

I did not change anything in the stadium in Season 77.
The catering is now expanded to level 8 and I can serve 3,200 guests.
I now also had over 4,000 visitors per game in the stadium.
Fanentwicklung
Ein neuer Rekord beim Fanzuwachs.
In Saison 77 gewinne ich mehr als 12.600 Fans hinzu. Das sind 23,3 % Zuwachs.
Mit der Fanentwicklung bin ich sehr zufrieden.

In Season 77, I gained more than 12,600 fans. That's a 23.3% increase.

Finanzielles & Hive Reward
Durch die Verlängerung einiger Spieler in Saison 76 und die oben genannten Neuverpflichtung sind die Spielergehälter erneut gestiegen auf nun 4,56 MRBN.
Gleichzeitig konnte ich meine Einnahmen von ca. 2,15 auf 2,37 MRBN steigern.
Damit steigen die Spielergehälter leider wieder schneller als die Einnahmen.
Daher steht am Ende der Saison erneut ein höherer Verlust als in der Vorsaison in Höhe von 2,47 MRBN zu Buche.
Das sollte ich schnellstmöglich wieder in den Griff bekommen.
Diese Saison stehen 6 Verlängerungen an, was die Spielergehälter auch nochmals deutlich erhöhen könnte.
Eventuell werde ich die Spieler dann aber auch wieder am Ende der Saison gegen günstigere neue austauschen, sollten ihre Gehaltsvorstellungen zu hoch sein.
Für Saison 77 habe ich als Prämie 0,15 Hive erhalten. Beim derzeitigen Kurs reicht das für ca. 3 MRBN und deckt somit mein Defizit.
Financial & Hive Reward
Due to the extension of some players in season 76 and the new signing mentioned above, player salaries have increased again to now 4.56 MRBN.
At the same time, I was able to increase my revenues from about 2.15 to 2.37 MRBN.
Unfortunately, this means that player salaries are once again rising faster than revenues.
Therefore, at the end of the season, the loss is again higher than in the previous season at 2.47 MRBN.
I should get this under control again as soon as possible.
This season I have 6 extensions coming up, which could also significantly increase the players' salaries again.
But I might also exchange the players at the end of the season for cheaper new ones, if their salary expectations are too high.
For season 77, I received a premium of 0.15 hive. At the current rate this is enough for about 3 MRBN and covers my deficit.
Pläne für Saison 78
Das Ziel ist es den eingeschlagene Weg konstant weiterzugehen und mich vom Defizit nicht ablenken zu lassen.
Über die kommenden Saisons muss ich meine Fanbasis so ausbauen, dass ich mir einen ordentlichen Kader auch leisten kann.
Sollte ich zufällig aufsteigen, nehme ich das gerne mit. Ich werde dann aber nicht die Ressourcen haben, mir einen adäquaten Kader zu leisten.
Mit etweas Glück kann ich in 3 Saisons die 100k Fanschwelle knacken. Das wäre super.
Plans for season 78
The goal is to continue on the same path and not be distracted by the deficit.
Over the coming seasons I have to expand my fan base so that I can afford a decent squad.
If I happen to get promoted, I'll be happy to take it. But then I won't have the resources to afford an adequate squad.
With a bit of luck I can break the 100k fan barrier in 3 seasons. That would be great.

Nice summary! It is fun to have you in my league, as it feels like a fun rock-paper-scissors game to try to mindgame the right formation - too bad we get destroyed by teams with 80+ average OS of the starting lineup just mashing 4-3-3 every game😂

But season 78 is really strange. I cannot understand this 5:0 I got from Curing Human. Something seems to be wrong with my striker / wingers. I have lots of shots, but do not get them in direction of the goal.

Yeah that's me! Sometimes the results are crazy, my game against Troiki was an 11-1 in shots and yet I went 0-0.. I guess that makes it more like real football haha
