I am very happy to participate for the first time in the Weekend-Engagement topics: WEEK 192 I always see my friends participate, and this time I want to encourage myself to share with you my experience. Our hiver @galenkp has come up with 2 topics:

Are you physically active on the weekend or do you prefer a sedentary weekend lifestyle?
No doubt, answering the question, I consider myself a physically active person during the week and weekends, my blog is witness to this, I share photos of my adventures, you can see them.
Since I was very young I have always participated in sports and recreational activities, so my love for hiking and physical activity comes from there. I was in sports such as swimming, athletics, skating, kikingball, among others that I practiced for very short periods of time.
I consider that the weekend sometimes seems too little for all the activities I like to do. However, I distribute my time in the following way, on Saturdays I get up a little later than during the week, at about 8:00 A.M., I get ready to make breakfast and at other times my mom does it, then we get ready and walk to the market. We do our shopping and walk back, so the physical activity starts early in the morning.
Then we get home, put the market away and I get ready to clean and tidy the house, which I also consider a physical activity, because it requires effort.
Afterwards, we prepare lunch, eat and rest for a while. Usually on Saturdays we go out to the mall to do some specific shopping, maybe at the pharmacy or other things. And we finish the day by coming home for dinner.
Now, Sundays also start at 8:00 or 9:00 A.M., with the same routine of making breakfast and then starting to prepare lunch, which is more elaborate.
We have lunch, rest for a while and the best part of the day arrives. I put on my sports clothes and go with friends to the mountain.
So Sunday is my favorite day of the weekend, because I do moderate physical activity, enjoy the fresh mountain air, the scenery and beautiful sunsets. Plus, I share a different kind of time with my friends and relax. So I'm already excited for Sunday to come again.
It is worth mentioning that I also go up the mountain during the week, at least 3 times, every other day. So I try to stay as sedentary as possible.
