My Actifit Report Card: April 11 2025 - Love

No. This post isn't about that.

While it is about Love, it's not about that emotional feeling or concept. It is about a 60s band from LA called Love. I decided to write about a song from this band because I just watched a video about 1 obscure Rock bands from the 60s and 70s, and Love was one of the 15.

This band got started in 1965 and had a fast manic song called 7 and 7 Is. This is proto punk with some distorted guitars, semi scream vocals and one of the most challenging drum performances ever recorded.

The song has been covered over the years by the Ramones, Alice Cooper and others.

Check it out, but beware that it might be too intense for you!!

When I was a boy I thought about the times I'd be a man.
I'd sit inside a bottle and pretend that I was in a can.
In my lonely room I'd sit, my mind in an ice cream cone.
You can thrill me if you wanna, but in the morning I go
Boo Bip Bip Boo Bip Bip, Yeah!!!

So Anyway, My Activity

for the day was not much. I moved to keep the blood moving but no other exercise during the day.

At night I went out into the chilly and slightly windy elements for my daily nightly walk and to experience the nearly full moon. It was lower in the sky than the last few nights but it reflected a lot of sunlight on my path.

The path itself was about average. I have a hilly part of my trek and I did do that part 3 times so as to get some intensity into the walk. Still, my total was just over the 5K that we all strive to have as our minimum in the actifit community.

Well we made it to the weekend again! Bitcoin trades at 83K and HIVE at 22 cents. I'm predicting an UP Saturday and them a Down Sunday as we head into another week of The Unknown!

Have a Great Weekend!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great job on keeping up the intensity with the hills, and congrats on surpassing that 5K mark! Here’s to a weekend filled with both movement and intriguing market shifts. Enjoy!

I believe market is in green now because of the tariff pause but this could be a temporary situation.
