My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2025 - RIP Clem Burke
Today I was sorry to read that Clem Burke, the drummer from Blondie had passed at ago 70 from cancer. He was a powerful drummer who provided a frenetic backbeat in Blondie, managing to shine through and above 2 guitars and an organ and Debbie Harry's forceful vocals. He was an amazing rock drummer appearing on all the popular Blondie records.

This second YouTube video is a recording of Blondie at some live concert where the crowd seems to having an awesome time. This is not one of my favorite Blondie songs but it does come to mind as a great performance by Clem Burke. RIP man.

My Activity
for today wasn't much because it rained all day and night outside, so I stayed in and took care of some family matters.
Despite the rain, I still went out in it and walked a pretty good distance. In fact you can see I hit 10K today. I also did some dancing to Blondie songs so that added to my decent total for the day.
Well we made it through a Monday and HIVE got back over 20 cents so that's something in this sinking market. It will be an interesting day every day for probably a few more weeks before things settle down. With any luck we'll be looking at 100K Bitcoin and 40 cent HIVE in the coming weeks and we'll wish we bought more at these discount prices. I'm happy to both be an Orca and have over 60K Hive Power, so I'm where I want to be right now.
