My Actifit Report Card: February 27 2025 - Beatrice does The Beatles

OK moving right along, I see that Beatrice Florea has 2 new Music Videos out on YouTube in the last few weeks. The latest is a cover of Creep by Radiohead which is too sad for my taste and it has that F bomb in it, so I'll not drop that here.

Before that she covered The Beatles song Don't Bring Me Down. That song is also sad and brings me down, but it IS The Beatles so we'll be watching that one.

Beatrice is perfect in her musical performance as usual. People seem to like it based on the comments and the 15K views. Do You like it?

My Activity

today was a trip to the grocery store and then some lifting of the barbell. I do curls for the biceps and bent rowing for the back and shoulders and arms. I usually do 3 sets of curls but today just did 2. And I do 2 sets of the bent rows.

At night I took a walk. It was a nice day so all I needed for the keeping warm was the light white hoodie and the black beanie. I didn't go very far so my number is not big.

On my walk I did climb 41 stairs which is good for the legs and core. Gotta get ready for warm weather outdoor activities now. It takes a few months to get back in maximal condition!
