My Actifit Report Card: December 27 2024 - Bitcoin to 200K in 2025

I feel like I'm not really learning much from YouTube crypto influencers about Bitcoin lately. I mean what more can be said besides what we already know?

Trump likes Bitcoin. As a matter of pride he will do what he can to make its price go up. He said he would keep the Bitcoin the US already has and also buy even more. He will make regulations fewer and clearer.

Sailor likes Bitcoin. He wants Micro Strategies to issue more stock and buy Bitcoin with the proceeds. He is all in on Bitcoin. It saved his company and he is staying on the Bitcoin bandwagon all the way.

The new people Trump appoints for relevant government positions like Bitcoin. Congress people like Bitcoin. Other world leaders like Bitcoin for various self serving reasons.

We know all this. We have known this for months now. So we probably made our plans and now we execute them. New people will probably jump in. Old timers will sell a tiny bit so they don't round trip into the next bear market. Bitcoin might double in 2025 to 200K. Everyone already knows it.

The channel is Altcoin Daily, so let's discuss our favorite altcoin - HIVE. It is generally up a lot already. 50% and more. There are regular pumps with lower dumps. It's getting harder to time them. It used to be easy to swap our Hive for HBD or USDT and wait a day to swap back with a 10 to 20% gain of Hive or more. Next year, in 2025, it will be riskier to sell, at least for a while. You may not get that pullback you expect! Hive is going over a dollar and it may go to 2 or 3 or more if we're really really lucky. But this mighty bull run spike and retrace could all happen in one week or less. Check the charts. Hive does that. It draws a dagger to the sky. A slim long dagger. Then its back to 70 cents and eventually under 50.

But we do have some things to look forward to. Work continues by the core devs. A new Hard Fork is coming in mere months. Some new infrastructure will be in there for level one Smart Contracts. They ARE coming! VSC is also working on them, but from a different angle. Just stake HBD for a form of gas to make the contracts work.

What about our old friend hive-engine? It's not always reliable but it's pretty good, and it has been around for years. If you're honest, you know that most of the tokens on there are not going to make you any money. Stick with ones that have been around a while, and don't ape in with a lot of HIVE if you see something shiny and new. Hive-engine is not as decentralized as you may think. There are some node operators but there is not much to keep them running their nodes. And hive-engine controls things behind the scenes. They could make changes unilaterally. They could stop supporting it. Will they? Probably not. Just be careful in there!

My Activity

today was some household things that had to be done. It's a busy time of year. People visiting, small trips to visit others. Taking care of 2024 business before it is gone. Getting ready for the new year.

I did take my walk. It was cold but the temperature is no match for my ski jacket. It was misting, a cold drizzle and fog made the air too humid and dense. But still I got over the 5K minimum. I'm pretty dedicated to my exercise.
