I'm listening to a music video playlist that YouTube generated for me. Most of it is Goth Rock that you can dance to. Here is one of the many cool songs YouTube collected for me.

This is a 3 and a half minute Goth Rocker that would be expected in a Goth dance club. It is called Pale Empress and it is by a German Goth band called The Merry Thoughts. They started in the 80s but this track is from 1994. It was uploaded 9 years ago and has 38K views. The vocals are Goth, the drums are dance rock, the guitars are Goth Rock. It's pretty cool. Check it!

My Activity

today was some time at the pool where I did several water exercises and swam underwater from side to side several times.

After that I lifted my dumbbells, doing squats, curls and presses, and a bent row for the back. I also did 20 pushups.

At night I walked. It was room temperature so no hoodie needed. I took a good path and it gave me over 8K today!

For how long can you stay under the water without breathing?

I time myself every year when the pool is open and it is always at least 75 seconds. My max is a little over 2 minutes.
