My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2024 - GOD SAVED TRUMP

Tonight at the Republican National Committee convention we were told by the Arkansas governor who was Trump's Press Secretary that God saved Trump from assassination.

Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders at RNC:

God Almighty intervened because America is one nation under God. And he is certainly not finished with President Trump.

If you believe this is true, then you must vote for Trump, right? If you believe this is true then you believe in God. And if you believe God saved Trump but not the firefighter who was assassinated within seconds of God saving Trump, does it mean God is not finished with Trump, implying God wants Trump for President? If you expect to be judged by God one day and you don't vote for Trump, how will you explain this to Him?

Or was this just political theater? Maybe God doesn't intervene in politics. Maybe he doesn't work miracles to cause His favorite Sports teams to win, like a beloved friend of mine thinks. Maybe the aim of the shooter and the wind and air temperature and the movement of the people explain how one lived and one died Saturday.

I don't know but maybe someone will leave a cool comment about all this!

People certainly left their thoughts on the video on YouTube. ABC News may have left a subtle "comment" by the thumbnail pic they chose for this video!

My Activity

today was a longer walk at night. It was overcast and at first I didn't see the beautiful more-than-half moon that either God made one day, or came together naturally through natural physical processes over many many years. Either way, we're here to look up at the moon and realize we're all here on Earth together as one group who may have differences but we share many things including the Moon. Anyway, I did see the moon a bit later in my walk when some clouds moved away from it. A miracle from God or meteorology in action? Whatever you think, as always I respect you!
