My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2024 - 2 Foods Increase Cancer

YouTube sent me a video today about Health. Specifically about 2 things not to consume because they increase your chances of getting various forms of cancer.

This is an 8 minute video from 4 weeks ago and it has 190K views which is a lot! The channel is Dr Amy - Cancer Expert & Cancer Survivor. I don't know anything about her but she does have 133K subscribers.

Watch the 8 minute video. But I'll give you the 2 things not to consume. First is processed meats like lunch meat or hot dogs or bacon or jerky. The second is alcohol. Doctor Amy say each raises your chance of getting cancer and should be mostly avoided.

My Activity

today was not that much. I was resting and watching some news and some videos. I did go out at night for my daily walk and I did enjoy seeing the more than half moon. I walked a shorter route because it was over 80 degrees Fahrenheit out there. There was no rain but it was humid and uncomfortable.
