My Actifit Report Card: July 9 2024 - AI Character Acting
AI keeps getting better. You can start with an image or picture of a person or character and animate it based on what you are doing with your facial expressions. This video YouTube suggested to me shows lots and lots of examples of how this new software can be used.

My Activity
today was just random movement mostly inside since it was super hot outside. And humid too, so it was not a day to be outside where it felt like over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
This evening I decided to take a walk despite the dang heat out there. I did see the moon which is just a sliver right now. I had to walk slower than usual because of the high temps and sticky humidity. So not a long walk but I did manage to get over 10K somehow.
After the walk I did 26 pushups and 10 pull ups. I also did some calisthenics but again, it was too warm even inside to get very motivated to do more exercises. Tomorrow is going to be as hot or hotter.
