My Actifit Report Card: May 31 2024 - Universal Basic Income
Some say AI and Robots will be doing most jobs people now do in the next 5 to 20 years. How will people live without jobs? Some think Universal Basic Income (UBI) will give us most or all the money we need to live.
Julia McCoy is a new YouTuber to me. I checked her channel and found her first videos are 10 years old. Her content was generally on Business until about a year ago when she started making content mostly about AI.
In this video she talks about UBI. When will it come, who will need it, how much might it be, how will it be paid for. Julia does mention content creation in her videos and we Hive people know that we can make some money from blogging if we are somewhat interesting and have some people skills and have some good luck. So maybe many of us will have lots of time if jobs are rare and it's good if we learn to blog and share helpful knowledge with others.
My Activity
was some moving around the house during the day. Then I went to the pool. It was not that sunny. The sun was blocked by clouds and the temperature wasn't very high. I didn't swim but I did get in the pool up to my knees. I also walked around the pool a few times.
At night I took a walk. It was my medium length route. I didn't see the moon but there were some stars visible.
