MY ACTIVITY
was some weightlifting this afternoon when it was 95 out so I didn't do much since my barbells are outside.
Later at almost midnight I took a walk. It was still 80 degrees Fahrenheit. But look at my number! I still did well even in this heat. I made the #10kstepsaday club!
