Yesterday I mentioned that Fashioncoder is offering a crypto course. Today I see that she posted a Day 1 video that asks What is Crypto? I think Rachel is posting videos that introduce the daily topic in her course.

MY ACTIVITY

was some swimming at the pool. It was warm out but a little overcast and I went late in the day to avoid too much sun exposure. Then at night I took a nice walk. I ended up in the #10kstepsaday club again!

Swimming at pool is awsome activity. Now a days, direct exposure to sun could be very harmed.
