Do you know this woman?

She starred in a Disney channel comedy called Jessie. It started about 10 years ago and ran about 5 years. I found it while channel surfing last month.

My parents used to like a show called The Nanny. Turns out a writer from that show created Jessie and sold it to Disney. Jessie is played by Debby Ryan and her character is a nanny for 4 kids. Its pretty funny sometimes, for a kids show.

So my activity today started withith a bike ride. Later on I took a short walk. Then I started lifting my dumbbells but I felt a twinge in my back so I stopped. Don't need a pulled muscle before sunday"s water volleyball.
