My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2022 - Exercise Heart!

This is a pic from a few years ago. It's a foam rubber squeezy heart shaped thing. It's supposed to be good exercise to squeeze it and i do that many times as I take my walk. It builds up the hand and lower arm muscles. I feel it helps me in water volleyball and that will be starting soon!

I must have moved around a lot today because I didn't take a walk except at the food store. I got over 10K which I recently said I wanted to do again soon. Mission accomplished!

10k is really huge . I’m sure when the water volleyball tournament starts , you will be schooling them. Mhmm!
