Did you Have any Steem before the Hive fork? I had some. I was given 1 Hive for each Steem I had, when a smart group of people created the Hive blockchain by copying the state of the Steem chain. State means the ledger state of everyone's Steem and SBD got copied over to Hive and HBD. It all worked out pretty well.
This guy in the picture is copying the state of the Ethereum blockchain to the Pulsechain fork. Ethereum is the second biggest crypto right behind Bitcoin. I have no idea how this fork will compare to the Hive fork but we'll find out in the next few months.
