World Cup Group E & F: Another early exit for Germany at a World Cup.

Oh, can you believe this?

Just a week ago, Germany was ranked as one of the favourites to win the World Cup. Who could have known they will get knocked out of the tournament in the group stages?

This is exactly what this World Cup presents in a nutshell. The results we are getting after each game day are usually mind-blowing. Some teams which came as the underdogs are raking the points and advancing to the next stage of the competition.

Germany though. What happened to these lads? If you are a German fan at the moment, you must be gutted by the performance they put in this World Cup. It's so uninspiring and a waste of the adorable talents in that squad.

This is how things look in Group E at the moment;

To be fair, nobody gave Japan a chance at the beginning of the tournament. I genuinely thought the fight in this group will be between Spain and Germany. I'm also glad to be proven wrong by the Japs. Nice one from them.

Germany and Costa Rica will have to pack their luggage as soon as possible. Their spell in Qatar has come to an end.

While we are getting pumped because of the unexpected result we saw from Group E, it's important to note that Group F was not any different. Check this out;

Belgium is going home with Canada while Morocco comfortably occupies the first position in the group.

This is so unbelievable!

Inject that into my vein!

This world cup so far has been a joy to watch. These unexpected results make them even better and we are here to soak in all the adrenaline rush that comes from it.

In tomorrow's games, we will be seeing another interesting set of games from Group G and H. The thought of the unexpected things which might happen in those games is making me giggle from side to side. Haha.

What are your thoughts on this World Cup, so far?

Germany and Belgium's exit was surprising, these are the countries the world predicted face each other in the knockout stages.

Germany and Belgium were just unfortunate, imagine Spain progressing on goal aggregate. Japan sent a message across the world and their group stage performance will definitely win the heart of many.

Japan really surprised the world with their performance against both Spain and Germany. It's interesting to see how they always find ways to turn things around when they are least expected to do so.

As for Germany and Belgium, they are already getting the sticks for their awful performance.

Wow, amazing results. I knew there was going to be more drama. Japan really really surprised everyone. Spain on the other hand were lucky to have scored seven goals in there first match, they could have lost their position to Germany.

Didn't realize Morocco won their match, just finding out now though. Congrats to the teams that made it through.

I'm hoping for more drama today

Great post.

Hahah.. the drama never ends and I'm sure many eyes are already on the game that will be played by Uruguay and Ghana. These two countries have unsettled business in World Cup and today will be an amazing game day. Haha.

Also, South Korea are yet to win any game, but today may be their day to turn things around.

It's crazy to even think of these, but crazy things have been happening in this competition. Haha

A chance for Ghana to exert their revenge. 😂

Exactly. Ghanaians are seriously waiting for that game. They can't wait to make caricature of Suarez. Haha.

That game is a must watch

The surprises at this year’s World Cup have been the highlight. There’s a surprise everyday and no one would thought a group made of Germany and Spain would see Japan go through.

Belgium should be more than disappointed in themselves. How on earth did they manage to go just 1 goal in 3 games.

Hahah... Belgium is an absolute disgrace. Imagine that type of performance from a squad that has top players. It's really unbelievable.

As for Japan, they really pulled a huge surprise coming back from 1 goal disadvantage against Spain and Germany. Hehe.

This World Cup is such a vibe

Belgium are a disgrace as you’ve pointed out. I don’t know if I should feel sad for Lukaku or not after missing 4 big chances😂. They could have qualified.

Hahah... Lukaku was too wasteful in this tournament. I'm only feeling sorry for Kevin De Bruyne.

Lukaku talks too much and probably deserves that but the likes of De Brunye deserved more. It’s shame.

In this world cup, if any team underestimates their opponent, they will pay the price and Germany and Belgium have paid with their exits even Spain was lucky because their 7-goal difference saved them from getting knocked out.

Hahah... There was a moment in yesterday's game just for about 2 minutes when both Spain and Germany were about to miss out on the next round of the tournament.

No country can be underestimated in this tournament.
