My Actifit Report Card: June 15 2024

Today is a Saturday.
And weekends for me start with a Saturday for laundry and house chores.
So today, I will share with you my saturday actifit activity.

Hello my fellow actifitters!
Here is another report of my daily actifit activity.

This is the laundry we accumulated for a week. We usually do our laundry once a week to save on electricity and soap. Water is not a problem as we have a direct source from the river.

While the washing machine is doing its thing, I opted to go for a walk in our back yard together with my husband.
This is the backyard now:

The rains have contributed to the rapid growth of the weeds that they are almost out growing the fruit trees and the sweet potatoes my mother -in- law has planted. This is going to our to- do- list again.

After doing the laundry, I cooked food for lunch.
After lunch, we opted for a walk along the road that is being opened near pur house.

This is how I earned my 9000+ steps for today. I'm now thinking of doing these again next Saturday and target 10,000 steps.🤞🏼
