Guilty as Sin [My Actifit Report Card: May 10 2024]

Today, we had free lunch and a take out too!

There was a promotion of the head of one of the agencies near our office and we were invited for lunch.

Here's what my plate looked like:

I wasn't able to finish the whole plate because I can't. Also, I was already feeling guilty. I'm supposed to eat lesser rice to lessen the sugar from my food intake. Good thing the plate is purposedly wrapped with food grade plastic so if we can't finish the plate, we can just wrap the left over.
The plate has rice, pancit, menudo, adobo and lechon baboy.
Also, there is buko pandan for dessert and a pouch of juice.
For the take out, three chunks of pork. We call it wat wat.

So, after lunch, to reduce that guilty feeling, we opted for a short walk around the office.

After work, I also went for a short walk until I have reached more than 5000 steps.

I know I need more steps to sweat all my lunch out but it's almost time to go home.

I rushed back to the public utility vehicle stop to wait for my ride home.

I sure am still full but tired so I guess I must sleep now.
