My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2024
First 10,000 steps on Actifit
This is my first time to hit 10,000 steps since I downloaded Actifit App and I am so proud of myself.
I can not remember how many times I promised myself to take 10,000 steps a day and how many times I broke that promise.
I was frustrated at first because the counter on the App does not seem to move.
Only to find out it was not running on background so my steps were not synced to the app.
So this time, I had to check it from time to time. It was a hassle at first but when I saw that it was working on background, I was relieved.
Today, it so happened that we have a seminar and it was held in a restaurant which is just a walking distance from the office.
We walked going to the place.
I also took the opportunity and enjoyed the walk to achieve my first 10,000 steps. Yay!
When the seminar is done,
I also opted to walk back.
And I have found companions since my office mates wanted to walk too.
We had a heavy meal for lunch: Rice, Fried Chicken, Fish Fillet, Shanghai Rolls, Mixed Vegetables and Pumpkin Soup plus two snacks and fruits We were still full even after the seminar so we wanted to sweat it out.
This is how I achieved my first 10,000 steps on Actifit and I'm so happy to share it with you.
