Interesting photos! I wish I could do 2000 steps per day! I went to the gym yesterday finally! Would try to go swimming thus evening. I need to get fit and lose some weights!

Oh you did it!!
I am thinking of starting gym in September, it is too difficult now - I will definitely find no time.
Do you combine this with changes to your diet;

I only did half an hour on the tread mill. It’s quite exhausting trying to jogging after two years of no serious jogging. But my legs were too weak for going swimming that day. I would try to swim this evening.

About my diet, I knew that ice cream and sweet raisins had put on my weights. I have to stop having ice cream too often and reduce my sugar intake. More fruits should be added to my diet too.

Be careful because fruit has sugar too! Ask a dietician if you are not sure

Yup! I prefer sour fruits! But I still get my occasional ice creams!
