Clean and cold Monday: My Actifit Report Card: March 18 2024
It was a cold day today
When it is Clean Monday, which is one day after the last day of Carnival, we gather with friends and family, cook a special bread, food without olive oil and without meat and this day marks the beginning of 40 days fasting, till the Easter
Many do not fast (at least not for 40 days), but it is also a tradition to go outside and fly the kite
It was too cold

It was so cold that I did not try to fly a kite this year, I only went outside and saw a few kites flying in the grey skies.
I decided to go out, feed my cat friends, take a few photos and come quickly home.
But I also decided today to combine actifit with something else (I will explain more in a future post)

It was worth it to go out in that weather, nice photos you took. I can imagine that there was also a lot of wind, not a good combination with the cold 🥶

I had to zoom in the little stones with beach photo which was a great viewing experience for me thanks for sharing.
Very dramatic clouds! Blue sky with cold weather! The wind has changed its direction? I wish I could fast too, but I like to eat bits throughout the day which is a bad habit.
Nature is beautiful and powerful there!
