Meine Actifit-Report-Card: Juni 19 2022
Hallo zusammen,
heute habe ich Erdbeermarmelade gekocht. Hierfür verwende ich Tiefkühl-Erdbeeren, die für diesen Zweck gut geeignet sind.
Zunächst lasse ich sie auftauen und fülle sie dann in einen Topf.
Dann püriere ich die Erdbeeren, die wir die Marmelade gerne ohne Stückchen mögen. Nun wird der Gelierzucker hinzugegeben und etwas Zitronensaft. Das ganze dann gut verrühren und aufkochen. Nach einigen Minuten ist das Ganze dann schon fertig.
Die Marmeladengläser stelle ich vorher noch bei 100 Grad in den Ofen, um sie zu sterilisieren.
Die Marmelade fülle ich über einen Trichter ein, verschließe die Gläser und lasse sie dann auf dem Kopf auskühlen.
Wenn man einmal selber Marmelade gekocht hat, mag man die Gekauften nicht mehr so gerne. Es ist wirklich total simpel, schnell und lecker :)

Today I made strawberry jam. For this I use frozen strawberries, which are good for this purpose.
First I let them defrost and then fill them into a pot.
Then I puree the strawberries, which we like the jam without chunks. Now I add the jam sugar and some lemon juice. Then stir the whole thing well and bring to the boil. After a few minutes, the whole thing is ready.
I put the jam jars in the oven at 100 degrees to sterilise them.
I fill the jam through a funnel, close the jars and let them cool upside down.
Once you've made your own jam, you don't like the bought ones as much. It's really simple, quick and delicious :)
Anschließend gab es noch einen Abendspaziergang. In den Feldern lassen sich hier und da sehr schöne Blüten entdecken.
Afterwards, we went for an evening walk. Very beautiful blossoms can be discovered here and there in the fields.
