Synopsis:

Stories (Plot, Storyline, Storytelling, etc): With a way of storytelling that uses a back-and-forth plot, not only is this anime immediately able to make you curious because it gives a kind of mystery feel, it also manages to give a strong foundation to the story by immediately explaining the one fact that started it all, namely why Haruto was compelled to chase after Yuzuki. to Tokyo. But strangely, at the same time, this anime ignores another important fact, namely why at that time Yuzuki had to suddenly return to Tokyo. Although later it became less relevant, there are questions that always loom as the story between Haruto and Yuzuki continues. If they really liked each other, why did they separate? But on the other hand, despite the problems surrounding their past, including about how many times Yuzuki actually visited Hiroshima, this anime still presents Haruto and Yuzuki's drama quite well. He's nothing special, but at least this anime can provide everything a fan of this genre would want. The touching moments or the adorable moments, there is a true curiosity that arises when watching this anime to see if in the end Haruto will be with Yuzuki or not.

Audio Visual (Art, Animation, Voice Acting, etc):
The animation is pretty decent, and by often showing pictures of small things in the environment, such as a sleeping cat or a spinning bicycle wheel, this anime also has a pretty unique cinematography. However, sometimes this focus on detail feels a bit forced, especially when he shows close-ups of the characters that seem too close. Rather than building an atmosphere around a moment, this anime seems to be just trying to hide something, and maybe that is the fact that this anime has a hard time combining animation with the background image, because in some scenes the boundaries between the two prove to be so obvious. The dialogue between the characters is fragmented, not flowing as smoothly as a natural conversation. It's not that it's difficult to understand what they are talking about, but changing topics without a clear process causes the attitudes of the characters to feel as if they just change.

With a back-and-forth storyline that gives a mysterious feel and a cinematography that shows the little things, this anime tries to stand out from other anime. It's a shame that this effort can't be called a success, because it turns out that he still leaves some facts unexplained, and his visuals sometimes give a negative impression. However, at least overall this anime will still be able to meet the expectations of all fans of the teen romantic drama genre, so if you are one of them, you shouldn't miss this one either.
