David arrives at ILT20 but he may be allotted Aussie duty
Aussie T20I cricketer Tim David has found himself in the roster of MI Emirates for ILT 20 but it may be curtailed if he gets picked up by Australia after February’s West Indies tour. While his BBL season with the Hobart Hurricanes is finished, where he scored just 152 runs at an average of only fifteen David will play in UAE on a wildcard basis-signing additional two players. While David’s BBL results did not deter selectors from setting him to be part of their proposed squad for an ICC T20 World Cup in June, the fact he plays now has become a forward player if asked so by his employer.
Another batsman, David Warner from Dubai Capitals will also depart prior to the ILT20 final as revealed by George Bailey selector. He is selected for Australian team against West Indies Meanwhile, Marcus Stoinis will come back and play for the West Indies as he plays in Durban’s Super Giants of the SA20. The World Cup takes place in June but before this event, Australia will play three T20Is against New Zealand later in February from which is the last series for her. Some of the principal participants such as Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins have got IPL contract deals that are believed to help them prepare for the upcoming events by selectors. Dan Lawrence of England is the wildcard signing for Desert Vipers in ILT20, who will participate from England.
