You can eat this fruit when it's still unripe. Actually, if you don't, you'd miss the most shockingly sharp tarty sour and acreb taste in whole planet. especially when you're thirsty and dehydrated or lost your habitat due to hot weather as It's full of fresh water and vitamin C . When you take a first bite of an unripe plum.. Firstly your salivary glands explodes in a way your tongue could easily sink.. Then you feel something like spark in your sells which breaks the unconscious nap and you find your vision much brighter and your body gently shivering and cooling down, becomes lighter .. If you were hungry, definitely feel a light dizziness and not recommended.

Green plum also called greengage here, has really short season, but it's with us throughout the whole year in the form of fruit leather which we call it Lavashak..

And we had a wandering at plum garden backyard ..
