My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2023

We decided to not spend our time for cooking lunch especially when the weather's fine n calling us for riding our bicycles instead... 7km ride to a small restaurant for a late lunch and drinking espresso on the way back at a gaming cafe..

weather's colder than expected. Our warmer gloves needed but when we warmed up enough not causing any hurt..


now after this 17km ride we feel more fresh n motivated.. and today we also went out so there ll be another report later on
