Hello, i love what you've done here, nice work and cool pics, especially that of the morning sky.

Can you enlighten me more on the kind of contents posted in this community and how to go about them.

Is it a must we use the actifit app or site?

Hello.

You can use both, and even other things. Literally anything that uses the Hive blockchain. My favorite is Ecency. It has desktop and mobile apps.

Actifit is good for sports. If you walk or do other sport (s) a lot in a day, the Actifit is good, because if you reach 5000 Activity Count in a day, you will earn some AFIT tokens, as well some upvotes from Actifit with your Actifit report cards.

Thanks, I use ecency too, but this actifit is new and I'll also like to try it out, but the app seems not to be working on my phone, so I'll just use the site.
