Partnership Proposal with SkateHive
by Mindú – Juarez Skateboard
Summary
I propose a straightforward partnership: I receive a Meike 6.5mm fisheye lens (Sony E-Mount) and, in return, I produce a series of exclusive videos featuring the SkateHive flag at iconic skate spots in Rio de Janeiro — especially the legendary Praça XV. The idea is to represent SkateHive as an official filmmaker in Brazil, creating independent and authentic content deeply rooted in real skateboarding lifestyle.
Deliverables
1 video per week, fully edited with Juarez Skateboard’s identity and style.
SkateHive flag featured in every video (either physically or added in post-production).
A low-budget mini-première, showcasing exclusive SkateHive content.
Ongoing promotion via Juarez’s social media and SkateHive platforms.
Videos published on the SkateHive platform, tokenized or not, according to guidelines.
Up to 10 SkateHive-branded shirts to be given to the skaters featured in the footage (reinforcing the community feel).
Return and Commitment
The cost of the lens (around 200–250 USD) will be paid off through continuous video production, until the investment is fully returned via engagement and visibility brought to SkateHive.
After that, I will keep using the lens to create content as a SkateHive-affiliated filmmaker, promoting the community from within the Brazilian scene.
Commitment to the SkateHive Community
Since I joined SkateHive, I’ve been sharing 15% of all my earnings from Zora posts back with the SkateHive community — voluntarily, as a way to support the collective project. This shows that my proposal goes beyond gear: it's about building something long-term with the culture.
Why This Partnership Makes Sense
Direct representation of SkateHive at one of the most iconic and visual skate spots in Brazil.
100% original footage, professionally captured with authentic style.
Boosts SkateHive’s image as a global supporter of the underground scene.
Street-level distribution of SkateHive-branded gear, directly to core skaters.
Incredible cost-benefit:
A professional skateboard filmmaker would typically charge $80–200 per filming session, plus editing. This project offers months of ongoing production in exchange for a one-time lens investment.
