Today was the day to explore the Skateboard Park Marina in Niterói, and what an experience that was! The invitation itself was already a challenge: leaving downtown Rio and crossing the Rio-Niterói bridge on a motorcycle.

Hoje foi dia de explorar o Skateboard Park Marina, em Niterói, e que experiência foi essa! Só o convite já era um desafio por si só: sair do centro do Rio e atravessar a ponte Rio-Niterói de moto.

Honestly, it was completely out of my comfort zone since I had never been that close to a biker before. My body was tense the entire trip, holding onto the fear, but the vibe of arriving and seeing the park made it all worth it.

Confesso que foi algo completamente fora da minha zona de conforto, já que nunca tinha andado tão próximo de um motoqueiro antes. Corpo tenso a viagem toda, segurando o medo, mas a vibe de chegar e ver a pista fez tudo valer muito a pena.

It was my first time at this spot, and the impact was immediate. The structure at Skateboard Park Marina is impressive, with an insane variety of ramps, pads, and rails—a true paradise for any skateboarder.

Era minha primeira vez nesse lugar, e o impacto foi imediato. A estrutura da Skateboard Park Marina é impressionante, com uma variedade absurda de rampas, pads e corrimões, praticamente um paraíso pra qualquer skatista.

The session started with Kauã, a local legend, who kicked things off in style. Next, Vini Martins took over, showing off his technique and precision, proving he knows the spot well. After that, Romero, another local, brought energy and creativity to the session. And to close it out, Breno dropped the heaviest bangers of the day, leaving everyone hyped.

A sessão começou com Kauã, que é cria da pista e abriu o rolê com estilo. Na sequência, Vini Martins dominou com toda sua técnica e precisão, mostrando que conhece bem os picos. Depois, foi a vez de Romero, outro local que trouxe energia e criatividade pra sessão. E pra encerrar, Breno mandou as bombas mais pesadas do dia, deixando todo mundo pilhado.

It was an EPIC session! I left with a huge smile on my face and the certainty that this was just the first of many times at this amazing spot.

Foi um rolê FODAAAA! Saí de lá com aquele sorriso no rosto e a certeza de que essa foi só a primeira de muitas vezes nesse pico incrível.
