Yeah I'm been so sedentary these past 2 years thanks to my computer shop. Just sitting there all day long. Hopefully to get back in shape. I'll be sharing my ugly pig body by January before I start my gym marathon and addiction yet again 😁
It's really difficult to exercise when our work involves sitting in a chair and working online. Looking forward to see your healthy body. :)
