My day was off to an early and busy start as I got out of bed at about 4am. After attending to an email, I got busy with chores and and I went shopping for plantain which I had for breakfast with beans. My favourite 😋

It was a windy day, so I didn't stay too much outdoors during my evening walk.
A day well spent it was.
