My Actifit Report Card: April 21 2025
Hey there! Let me walk you through my typical day of moving around and staying active. First thing in the morning, I drag myself out of bed (yes, that counts as exercise!) and do some quick stretches to wake up my muscles. Nothing fancy, just basic arm and leg stretches while yawning like crazy!
During my work hours, I try not to be a total couch potato. I get up every hour or so to walk around my home office, do a few desk stretches, and sometimes even sneak in some squats while waiting for my coffee to brew. Hey, multitasking at its finest!
Lunchtime is when I take my dog for a 20-minute walk around the neighborhood. It's our special bonding time, plus it helps both of us stay fit. After work, I hit the gym for about 45 minutes – mixing it up between cardio and weights. Some days I'm super motivated and crush it, other days I'm just proud I showed up!
Before bed, I do some light yoga to wind down. It's nothing Instagram-worthy, just basic poses to help me relax. And that's my daily movement in a nutshell – not too crazy, but keeping it consistent!
