My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2024

Here’s a recap of my daily exercise routine: I started the day with a refreshing morning walk around the block with my dog. After that, I hopped on my electric bike and rode across town to the treatment center. Once I got back home, I took my dog for another stroll. When the sun came out and the weather warmed up, I grabbed a bucket and my grabber to clean up the trash and litter around the parking lot of my apartment building. Afterward, I took a nice shower, relaxed for a bit, and enjoyed some YouTube while scrolling on my phone until I dozed off. It was a pretty active day, and I ended up with a great step count to show for it!
