My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2024//MY ACTIVITY FOR THE DAY

Hello everyone

How are we doing today I hope we have a good and fun filled day today being Sunday the 17th day of March 2024

Am glad that I am alive today and in good health I sincerely thank God for this wonderful opportunity given to me and my family.

The gift of live is a blessing that no one would like to reject even those that couldn't make it today yearn for that.

This joy in my heart move me to share with you all how my day went today.

I wake up in the morning and after engaging in some body exercise just to clear my mind and wake my muscles up after this I took up my bible and read some passages.

I paid much attention to a passage that encourage me to pray every time

I then pause and ponder over what I read and I come to realize how important prayer is.

This the only way that we communicate with our heavenly father the giver of life and all that is in it .

I understand that he invite you and me to talk to him in prayer on a daily basis,we tell him our problem our fear and all that,he is ever ready to listen to us .

When the time comes we get ready for our meeting.

This is me ready to go out to our meeting with my family.

My daughter's are ready too for this they can be seen all dressed up ready to roll.

The sun was at it's peak when we went out and this bring so much heat ,not quite long we started sweating as the sun was so hot.

We reach our destination on time and after exchanging some greetings with others who arrived early I went out with a friend just to take this shoot.

When the meeting commence we went inside to listen to a talk from the Bible on how death can be removed from us and this is so encouraging to know, because the one that made this promise never go back from whatever he said.

Before going home I took a shoot at this beautiful flowers.
