Is PSG Board About To Destroy The Club?

Taking certain decisions in the football world requires discipline and wisdom. Some actions can easily destroy a once united team. We have seen this happen in many clubs. For example, it happened in Manchester United when Sanchez earns huge weekly pay even when he is not at his best.
In the quest to keep Kylian Mbappe from leaving Paris Saint Germans, the club has made an offer that has never been heard of in the entire history of football. An offer that gives Kylian Mbappe the control of PSG Sporting Project. He can change Coaches and decide on the players to be signed. His monthly pay also increased to £4 million per month.

When I first read about this offer, my mind went towards the Rudiger Saga. I was never happy with Rudiger leaving us but I am solidly behind the Chelsea board for allowing him to go. Should Chelsea accept Rudiger's demand, they will create an unfriendly atmosphere in the club. A club consists of a TEAM; together everyone achieves more. Prioritizing a single team member in a football team can destroy the team and create an unfavorable dressing room.
Kylian Mbappe is a good player but he shouldn't be prioritized over other team members. I could remember Eden Hazard leaving Chelsea and Chelsea Fans felt they have lost their key player but did it stop Chelsea from moving forward after his departure?

Paris Saint-Germain club has been trying to lift the UEFA champions league for some years now but have not been able to do so. Mbappe has stayed in PSG for more than four years and they haven't been able to lift the Almighty Champions league trophy with him. We even thought that the present Champions League competition will be sealed by them, especially with the likes of Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Sergio Ramos being part of the team.

Now, with the likes of Lionel Messi and Neymar on the team, and with the present offer given to Kylian, I fear that a lot is going to go wrong come next season. I remember vividly that Neymar left Barcelona because he feels that the presence of Lionel Messi overshadows him. Now, with this new deal offered just to keep Kylian, I also feel that Neymar's exit is near. Most PSG players won't be playing with the same zeal again because it appears that their efforts are negligible at the site of the club.
As I said earlier, this is the first of its kind that a player is given the right to choose Coaches and players. I hope that this action won't destroy PSG come next season. Is even possible that coaches won't want to work on a team where a player can determine his fate.
