Mejorando mi Frontlever ! [ESP - ENG]








Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, en este post les compartiré mi ultimo entrenamiento de frontlever !
LLegué bastante tarde del trabajo asi que me vesti rapido para ir a entrenar al venoil frontlever antes que se hiciera oscuro, pero tristemente empezó a llover, me molesté bastante aunque al rato se me paso, en la noche cuando terminó de llover @chiqui-sw se llegó a mi casa porque estaba cerca y me acompañó mientras yo entrenaba frontlever, aproveche que ya mi tio no tiene el burro para sacar motores de su taller ocupado y empecé a entrenar mi frontlever, quise probar las pull ups a la cadera a ver que tal me salian y me salieron bastante mejor que antes, igual que los presses, lo cual me animo a intentar wide frontlever, mi maximo fueron 7s pero ya es una mejoria bastante grande, tambien saqué un press desde wide frontlver, me emocioné bastante por eso asi que segui entrenando algunos combos, luego empecé a hacerlos en progresiones más bajas para meterle carga a mi cuerpo e ir subiendo el nivel. Terminé con algunos ejercicios con las mancuernas para tortalecimiento, y asi termine mi día de front.

I got home pretty late from work so I got dressed quickly to go train the venoil frontlever before it got dark, but sadly it started to rain, I was pretty annoyed but after a while I got over it, in the evening when it finished raining @chiqui-sw came to my house because he was nearby and accompanied me while I trained frontlever, I took advantage that my uncle no longer has the donkey to get engines from his busy workshop and I started to train my frontlever, I wanted to try the pull ups to the hip to see how they went and they came out much better than before, as well as the presses, which encouraged me to try wide frontlever, my maximum was 7s but it is already a big improvement, I also got a press from wide frontlever, I was pretty excited about that so I continued training some combos, then I started to do them in lower progressions to put load on my body and go up the level. I finished with some exercises with the dumbbells for strengthening, and that's how I ended my frontlever day.
