Lunes de Handstand !! [ESP - ENG]
Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, este día lunes fue de empuje, lo enfoqué en el handstand ya que me etoy motivando por dominar al 100% las handstand push ups, queria llegar a mi pr que eran 3 seguidas, asi que en casa de @chiqui-sw entrené un rato pero no mucho más ya que estabamos picando algunas matas y jugando con el nuevo gato que adoptó chiqui, luego llegué a mi casa y quise seguir probando las handstand push ups y logré alcanzar mi pr y superarlo, terminando siendo un entreno bastante bueno !
Hi hivers from Hive and SWC, this monday was a push up day, I focused on the handstand since I'm getting motivated to master 100% the handstand push ups, I wanted to reach my goal which was 3 in a row, so at @chiqui-sw's house I trained for a while but not much more since we were chopping some bushes and playing with the new cat that chiqui adopted, then I got home and wanted to keep trying the handstand push ups and I managed to reach my pr and surpass it, ending up being a pretty good workout !
