Entrenando Nuevas Combinaciones ! [ESP - ENG]
Hola hivers de Hive y SWC, hoy les traigo en este post lo que fue mi entrenamiento de freestyle del día de ayer. Me anime bastante ya que en la noche conocí un youtuber que sube videos de muchos atletas de calistenia y me puse a ver varios y me motivé bastante, se me ocurrió ya empezar a entrenar cosas nuevas asi que quise intentar un 360 a 540 a disloque 360, lo tenia en mente de hace tiempo pero nunca lo habia intentado, ya que ya dominé el 360 a 540, quise intentarlo, ya que aprendi el nuevo agarre que estoy usando en el 360 me aprendí a separar en el 540 y me quedo impulso para el cambio a disloque, en el primer intento no me salio el cambio, pero en el segundo si me salio y el giro tambien, pero me logre agarrar con una sola mano ya que la otra se me fue, seguí intentandolo pero lamentablemente no logré atajarlo, aun asi estuve demasiado cerca asi que sé que en mi proximo entreno me saldrá. Me puse a practicar el 540 en medio combo y tambien hacer el cambio a disloque justo cuando lo caigo, terminé dominando esto y me senti satisfecho con el entreno, ya que me empezaron a doler las manos y me sentía fatigado ya que ayer entrené free y aun estoy recuperando mi resistencia. Llegué a mi casa a estirar y hacer movilidad y tambien aproveche para hacer un chequeo de mi fisico, cada vez me siento mejor con como me veo, gracias por leer !

I started to practice the 540 in half combo and also make the change to dislocate just when I drop it, I ended up mastering this and I felt satisfied with the workout, since my hands started to hurt and I felt fatigued since yesterday I trained free and I'm still recovering my resistance. I came home to stretch and do mobility and also took the opportunity to do a physical check up, I feel better and better with how I look, thanks for reading!
