¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC!
En esta ocasión les vengo a compartir mi entrenamiento de freestyle del día de ayer. Hace un tiempo no he podido hacer free bien ya que no consigo dónde practicarlo, asi que fui a la que era mi barra favorita en dónde empecé a entrenar, en la salina, en esta barra se me hace bastante cómodo hacer free pero llegué y una de las bases de la barra estaba despegda del suelo y temblaba mucho. A pesar de eso me animé a hacer free un rato ya que al principio me aguantaba, hice algunos 360 y tornados y los ataje exitosamente pero cuando me puse a entrenar el 540 que quise girar se despegó el otro pedazo de la base de la barra y no me podía ni colgar sin que temblará la barra jajaja. Esto no iba a arruinar mi entreno así que me fui a concordia que queda bastante cerca, y aunque la barra no me gusta mucho, peor es nada. Aquí hice lo mismo que en la salina, 360s y tornados, y ya que tenía desde que empezó el año sin lanzar salida, me decidí por hacerla en piso, a pesar del miedo que me daba, la lance y caí de pie, y la hice 8 veces para saber que ya no me daba miedo jajaja, luego de terminar en eso, hice algunas paradas de manos e intentos de parada de manos a una mano, específicamente la progresión de copa, y para terminar, realicé algunas series de muscle ups antes de irme a casa.

This time I come to share with you my freestyle training yesterday. Some time ago I have not been able to do free well because I can't find a place to practice it, so I went to my favorite bar where I started training, in the saline, in this bar it is quite comfortable to do free but I got there and one of the bases of the bar was off the ground and was shaking a lot. In spite of that I decided to free for a while because at the beginning I was able to hold it, I did some 360 and tornadoes and I successfully did them but when I started to train the 540 I wanted to turn, the other piece of the base of the bar came off and I couldn't even hang without the bar shaking hahaha. This was not going to ruin my training so I went to Concordia which is quite close, and although I don't like the bar very much, it's worse than nothing. Here I did the same as in the salina, 360s and tornadoes, and since I had since the beginning of the year without throwing exit, I decided to do it on the floor, despite the fear that gave me, I threw it and landed on my feet, and I did it 8 times to know that I was no longer afraid hahaha, after finishing in that, I did some handstands and handstand attempts to one hand, specifically the cup progression, and to finish, I did some sets of muscle ups before going home.
