¡Hola, hivers de Hive y SWC! Hoy les vengo a compartir mi último entrenamiento en el cual me enfoque en hacer trucos de freestyle y empuje, enfocado en subidas y postura de plancha. Empecé el entreno calentando con la liga y algunos estiramientos, luego lance algunos 360 y 540 para calentar y preparar mi cuerpo para los trucos que iba a practicar. Luego de calentar lance varias combinaciones y combos dónde incluí 360 en X, doble en X, 360 a 540 y salidas. En medio entreno quise volver a lanzar salida a frontflip ya que quiero recuperarle la confianza, lance varias salidas a frontflip y cuando me cansé empecé a hacer empuje, enfocándome en aguantes de half planche, para irla entendiendo mejor, aguantes en 90 degree, ya que quiero dominar esta skill y también intente subir desde ahí aunque eso no me salió por el cansancio, cuando termine de hacer empuje lance algunos 540 para hacerlos como finisher y terminamos el entreno con algunos básicos luego de 2 horas, fue muy buen día !

In the middle of the workout I wanted to go back to throwing frontflip exit as I want to regain confidence, I threw several frontflip exits and when I got tired I started to push, focusing on half planche holds, to understand it better, 90 degree holds, as I want to master this skill and also try to climb from there but that did not come out because I was tired, when I finished pushing I threw some 540 to do them as finisher and we finished the workout with some basics after 2 hours, it was a very good day !
